A growing technology company is looking for an experienced Global Logistics Manager to lead and shape its international logistics operations end-to-end.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, managing a complex global logistics network across multiple countries, including warehouses, suppliers, and manufacturing sites.
Responsibilities:
Define and lead the company’s global logistics strategy
Manage multi-country logistics operations across warehouses, suppliers, and manufacturing sites
Own international transportation activities (air, sea, and ground) and freight forwarding
Plan and optimize the global logistics network in alignment with business growth
Work closely with logistics providers, carriers, and 3PL partners
Lead cost optimization initiatives and improve delivery timelines and service levels
Oversee customs clearance, import/export processes, and trade compliance
Manage global inventory processes across multiple locations
Support NPI processes and manage NPI warehouse activities
Track and analyze logistics KPIs, ensuring alignment with financial (including SOX) requirements
Lead a small team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations (hands-on)
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in logistics / supply chain roles
Proven experience leading small teams in a hands-on environment
Strong experience managing global, multi-country logistics operations
In-depth knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and trade compliance
Experience working with global warehouses, subcontractors, and manufacturing environments
Experience with ERP systems and logistics tools (Priority ERP – an advantage)
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
High proficiency in Excel
