We are looking for a Senior FPGA Team Lead with strong expertise in digital design, signal processing, and high-speed interfaces. The role combines hands-on FPGA development with technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and guidance of a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex FPGA-based systems.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to FPGA engineers.
- Drive system-level design decisions in collaboration with system, hardware, software, and other engineering teams.
- Design and implement advanced digital signal-processing algorithms and data-processing architectures.
- Develop and integrate high-speed data paths and digital interfaces.
- Optimize FPGA designs for performance, latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Own the FPGA development lifecycle from requirements and architecture through design, simulation, implementation, integration, and validation.
- Lead lab bring-up, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Define and promote FPGA design methodologies, coding standards, and best practices.
- Support technical planning and execution across multiple development activities.
