We are looking for an experienced Algorithm Team Leader to lead a team of highly skilled algorithm engineers developing advanced signal-processing solutions for complex, high-performance systems.

The role combines technical leadership, hands-on algorithm development and system-level analysis, taking algorithms from concept and simulation through implementation and productization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of algorithm engineers.
• Define technical direction, prioritize activities and review algorithmic designs.
• Own the team's algorithmic roadmap from concept through simulation, prototyping and implementation.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end data-flow and system-level simulation frameworks.
• Lead advanced analysis of system performance from an algorithmic perspective.
• Perform detailed IQ data analysis and correlate measured results with expected system performance.

• Develop and analyze algorithms in areas including:

  • Digital signal processing
  • Beamforming
  • Spatial filtering
  • Localization
  • Digital filtering
• Support phased-array and full-link simulations, including analysis of system-level performance and key engineering trade-offs.
• Drive algorithm development in close collaboration with ASIC, FPGA and Software engineering teams.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews and represent the algorithm team in cross-functional technical discussions.
• Translate system-level requirements into algorithmic solutions and validation methodologies.
