Responsibilities

  1. Proposal Planning and Strategy

    • Develop and implement proposal strategies in collaboration with Sales Managers, Product Managers, Solutions Engineers, and proposal team members.
    • Provide competitive insights from past opportunities and apply lessons learned to create effective counter strategies.
    • Collaborate with sub-contractors and stakeholders to generate winning proposals.
  2. Coordination and Collaboration

    • Coordinate with sales, marketing, product management, R&D, operations, program management, finance, and other departments to gather necessary information.
    • Communicate proposal status and activities to team members, senior management, and functional team managers as needed.
    • Manage proposal priorities and workloads within the team in coordination with management.
    • Ensure timely input from all team members.
  3. Process Management and Improvement

    • Ensure proposals are completed and submitted on time.
    • Implement best practices and automation tools to enhance the proposal process.
    • Identify, document, and develop proposal schedules and deliverables to meet key milestones.
    • Monitor and manage proposal processes, including planning and status update meetings.
    • Manage multiple proposal processes simultaneously.
    • Track and manage organizational statistics on proposal submissions and processes.
  4. Content and Quality Assurance

    • Maintain and update a content infrastructure for proposal documentation across all company departments.
    • Ensure proposals are compelling, compliant, and aligned with client needs and company offerings.
    • Ensure timely and quality responses to customers from the entire proposal team.
    • Write proposals and perform Red Team functions for key opportunities.
  5. Resource Management and Accountability

    • Manage proposal resources and activities to meet schedules and deliver successful, on-time proposal documentation.
    • Handle escalations and SLAs within the company to ensure on-time delivery.
    • Responsible for the company demonstration team.
  6. Product Operations

    • Monitor and manage product discontinuation processes
    • Establish a systematic approach to collect and analyze customer feedback
    • Integrate customer insights into product development and proposal strategies
    • Introduce automation tools to streamline product operations and reduce manual workload
    • Prepare and present regular reports on product operations KPIs to senior management

דרישות

  • Proven experience in proposal management or a similar role
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Business orientation and Sales support experience – Minimum 5 years
  • Can do approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
  • Proficiency in proposal management
