Develop and implement proposal strategies in collaboration with Sales Managers, Product Managers, Solutions Engineers, and proposal team members.
Provide competitive insights from past opportunities and apply lessons learned to create effective counter strategies.
Collaborate with sub-contractors and stakeholders to generate winning proposals.
Coordination and Collaboration
Coordinate with sales, marketing, product management, R&D, operations, program management, finance, and other departments to gather necessary information.
Communicate proposal status and activities to team members, senior management, and functional team managers as needed.
Manage proposal priorities and workloads within the team in coordination with management.
Ensure timely input from all team members.
Process Management and Improvement
Ensure proposals are completed and submitted on time.
Implement best practices and automation tools to enhance the proposal process.
Identify, document, and develop proposal schedules and deliverables to meet key milestones.
Monitor and manage proposal processes, including planning and status update meetings.
