B.Sc. in Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
At least 5 years of experience in customer service or manufacturing operations.
Strong data analysis skills for performance and logistics optimization.
Proven project management abilities from planning to execution.
Technical background and experience in a multidisciplinary environment.
Availability for international travel and flexible working hours.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and excellent presentation skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving under pressure.
