For a company developing complex machinery, we are recruiting a Customer Service Operations.

  • Plan and execute inventory audits and control at customer sites.
  • Collect and analyze technical data to improve machine performance.
  • Coordinate and manage weekly customer service engineering activities.
  • Handle service calls and resolve logistical and technical issues.
  • Monitor spare parts usage and escalate when necessary.
  • Drive process improvements and implement new tools for customer service.
  • Collaborate with R&D and other teams on operational escalations.
  • Provide ongoing support to field teams from the back office.
  • Develop and present performance reports and dashboards.
  • Define and manage spare parts inventory, including cost control.
  • Enhance customer support procedures, including RMA and repair workflows.
  • Ensure timely responses and improve customer satisfaction.

 

דרישות

B.Sc. in Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or similar.

At least 5 years of experience in customer service or manufacturing operations.

Strong data analysis skills for performance and logistics optimization.

Proven project management abilities from planning to execution.

Technical background and experience in a multidisciplinary environment.

Availability for international travel and flexible working hours.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and excellent presentation skills.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving under pressure.
