Take a leading role in shaping the core foundations of our embedded software platform. This position offers the opportunity to design, research, and define solutions for a sophisticated infrastructure while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
What You Will Be Doing:
Take full ownership of researching, designing, and defining the embedded software platform architecture.
Analyze existing infrastructure, identify challenges, and implement innovative solutions.
Collaborate with hardware, DSP, cloud, and product teams to define APIs and processes for complex software and hardware integrations.
Mentor team members and contribute to ongoing feature development and services.
Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software, or Electrical Engineering – Required.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Python, C/C++, functional programming, and communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP, MQTT) – Required.
At least 2 years of experience in software architecture design – Required.
Expertise in modern software engineering concepts and Agile methodologies.
Experience across the embedded stack, including Linux Kernel (Drivers), Linux User-mode, cross-compilation, and OS internals.
Familiarity with IoT technologies – Advantage.
Knowledge of Linux Security (e.g., SELinux, AppArmor, iptables) – Advantage.
Understanding of firmware – Advantage.
Experience with security mechanisms such as SecureBoot and TrustZone – Advantage.
Knowledge of software security tools (e.g., CodeSonar, Coverity) – Advantage.
