A growing technology company is seeking a Hardware Validation Engineer with a strong academic background to join our R&D team.
This is a hands-on role, working on advanced electronic systems and hardware modules, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
What you’ll do
• Define and execute validation and test plans for electronic boards and hardware modules
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for hardware testing using Python
• Build and operate lab setups integrating measurement equipment: oscilloscopes, DVMs, spectrum/network analyzers, power supplies, etc.
• Perform end-to-end validation: functional, performance, stress, and regression tests
• Analyze test results, investigate failures, and drive root-cause analysis with hardware and firmware teams
• Document validation methodologies and generate detailed technical reports
• Contribute to improving validation processes, tools, and best practices
• B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university
• 2–5 years of experience in hardware validation / lab testing
• Strong Python skills for automation and test development
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment
• Familiarity with MATLAB or similar analysis tools – an advantage
• Strong analytical and debugging skills in complex HW/SW environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
