We’re looking for a dynamic & dedicated team player to join our team. The team is handling all NPI phases and interfaces (R&D, Manufacturing teams, sub-contractors, supply chain teams and purchasing) till production process
As an NPI Product Leader Engineer, you will be in charge of all engineering aspects of the product: timelines and deliveries, during its entire life cycle, NPI phase and production.
Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
3-5 years of proven experience as NPI
Experienced leading ECR/ECO processes
Experienced in working with sub-contractors for PCB, Assembly lines, electrical and mechanical parts manufacturing
DFT and DFM processes - advantage
Ability to read mechanical & electrical drawings - advantage
Experience with ERP systems
Self-motivated and problem solving oriented
Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
English - speaking, reading and writing
