A global and innovative technology company developing advanced communication systems on a worldwide scale is looking for an experienced RF Team Leader to lead the development of RF modules, electronic boards, and complex subsystems in a multidisciplinary environment with the highest engineering standards.
Position Overview
Lead and manage a team of RF engineers with full ownership of the development lifecycle — from requirements definition and architecture, through RF circuit design, hardware and board design, simulations, integration, validation, and transfer to mass production.
The role includes leading design reviews, setting priorities, managing schedules, budgets, and technical roadmaps, while mentoring and developing team members.
You will be responsible for the design and development of advanced RF modules and subsystems such as power amplifiers, receivers, frequency converters, front-end units, distribution networks, and beamforming solutions. The position requires close collaboration with system, hardware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and external suppliers worldwide.
Additional responsibilities include high-performance PCB design, RF and EM simulations using industry-standard tools, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Test (DFT), cost optimization, yield improvement, and product reliability enhancement.
You will also lead validation and qualification activities, performance analysis, complex troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with demanding environmental, thermal, vibration, and reliability requirements.
