We are looking for an exceptional Senior FPGA Team Lead to take a key role in leading complex FPGA developments and driving system-level innovation.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a highly experienced engineer who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to lead, mentor, and drive system-level decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of complex FPGA-based systems
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to FPGA engineers
- Drive system-level design in collaboration with hardware, system, RF, and software teams
- Design and implement advanced DSP algorithms (e.g., filtering, channelization)
- Develop and integrate high-speed data paths and interfaces
- Ensure signal integrity and robust operation of high-speed links
- Optimize designs for performance, latency, and resource utilization
- Own full development lifecycle: requirements → design → simulation → implementation → validation
- Lead lab bring-up, debugging, and performance optimization
- Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and design methodologies
