We are looking for an experienced Senior System Engineer to join a multidisciplinary R&D environment developing complex, high-performance systems for demanding applications.

The role combines system architecture, requirements, multidisciplinary engineering, integration, and technical leadership, with responsibility for driving technical activities across multiple engineering disciplines and throughout the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of complex multidisciplinary systems from system definition and architecture through integration and validation.
Define and own system-level architecture, requirements, interfaces, and technical specifications.
Coordinate and drive multidisciplinary R&D activities across Hardware, Software, Mechanical, and Verification teams.
Lead system integration, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex technical issues.
Coordinate internal engineering resources and external technology partners and suppliers.
Manage multiple development activities in parallel, balancing technical requirements, schedules, resources, and priorities.
Lead internal and external technical reviews and support customer-facing technical activities.
Drive technical decisions and ensure alignment between system requirements, architecture, and implementation.
Work closely with engineering teams throughout the complete development lifecycle.

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
5+ years of experience in System Engineering or a similar multidisciplinary technical role.
Proven experience in system architecture, requirements definition, and system-level design.
Experience working with complex multidisciplinary systems involving HW, SW, and Mechanical components.
Experience with system integration, troubleshooting, and technical problem solving.
Experience working with communication technologies and/or complex electronic systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and coordinate multiple engineering activities in a matrix environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English – written and spoken.

Experience in Avionics, Aerospace, Airborne Systems, or other demanding mission-critical applications.
Experience with communication systems or communication protocols.
Experience with embedded and/or real-time systems.
Experience working with multidisciplinary products involving electronics, software, and mechanical systems.
Experience working with customers, technology partners, or external suppliers.
