A leading technology company is looking for a Senior System Engineer to take a key role in the development of advanced wireless communication systems within a multidisciplinary R&D environment.
Responsibilities:
- Take a key role in the design and development of complex wireless communication systems
- Define and manage multidisciplinary system requirements across R&D teams and subcontractors
- Participate in system design activities including design reviews, verification, and validation processes
- Perform system-level trade-off analyses and support engineering decision-making
- Work closely with HW, FW, and SW teams to define interfaces, flows, and control mechanisms
- Support development and optimization of RF and wireless communication system performance
- Participate in system integration, lab testing, characterization, and performance analysis
- Support NPI activities and transition to production, including ATE optimization
- Contribute to end-to-end system performance and service optimization
