על המשרה

A leading global technology company is looking for an experienced and hands on Software Tech Lead to provide technical leadership for complex backend and automation systems.
This role focuses on technical ownership, architecture and hands on development, and does not include direct people management.
You will lead the technical direction of backend and automation solutions supporting large scale, mission-critical operational systems, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering and operations teams.

Technical Leadership &Architecture
Lead the technical design and architecture of backend and automation systems.
Drive technical decisions, best practices and engineering standards.
Serve as a technical focal point for backend and automation domains.
Design and develop backend services and automation infrastructure in Python.
Build and maintain cloud-based solutions on AWS.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
Work with containerized environments (Docker).
Define and lead automation strategy for functional, regression and performance testing.
Continuously improve software verification, validation and development workflows.
Work closely with multiple engineering, system and operations teams
Take end-to-end technical ownership of features and solutions.

 

דרישות

    B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field.
    • Strong backend engineering background with proven hands-on experience.
    • 3+ Years Experience serving as a technical lead or technical focal point in complex projects.

Technical Skills -Must have

    • Strong experience with Python.
    • Proven experience working with AWS cloud platforms.
    • Experience with CI/CD tools (for example GitLab CI/CD or similar).
    • Experience with container technologies (Docker).

Advantages

    • Experience designing automation and test infrastructures.
    • Experience working in complex, multidisciplinary and large-scale systems.

Candidate Profile

    • Backend-oriented engineer.
    • Full-stack engineers are welcome, provided their main expertise is backend, cloud and automation.
    • Strong sense of technical ownership and execution.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    Fluent English (written and spoken)
