We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer specializing in Tracking, Telemetry & Control to support our growing business.
The role involves working closely with our sales team to design and present tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a subject matter expert in complex systems involving mechanics, electronics, software, and RF.
Lead the preparation of proposals from requirement analysis to final submission, including risk and competition analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and maintain proposal processes and tools.
Stay updated on new technologies and provide coaching to enhance the technical sales skills of the team.
Define product strategy, roadmap, and perform Link Budget Analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics or equivalent experience in complex systems.
5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales or Product Management of multidisciplinary proposals.
Strong technical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
Willingness to travel.
Experience in system engineering of multidisciplinary systems is an advantage.
