We are looking for a dedicated individual to deploy, configure, and support software solutions for clients. Your role is key in ensuring customer satisfaction through technical expertise and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve customer support tickets, escalating when necessary, and keep clients informed.
Troubleshoot and address client issues with guidance and best practices.
Conduct training sessions to help clients use the software effectively.
Provide feedback on software features and usability to the development team.
Build strong client relationships by delivering excellent support and identifying upsell opportunities.
Monitor system performance and key indicators.

דרישות

Experience in software implementation or technical support.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or IT (or equivalent experience) is an advantage.
Proficiency in English and Hebrew is mandatory.
Scripting experience (Bash, Python, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Customer-focused with a passion for service.
