We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the execution of complex, multidisciplinary engineering programs, with a strong focus on algorithm development, optimization, and system-level performance.
The role sits at the intersection of algorithms, RF, software, and systems engineering, driving programs from research and analysis through implementation and deployment. The successful candidate will combine strong program management capabilities with the technical depth required to engage directly with engineering teams and drive complex technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the overall program plan, including scope, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and risks across multiple engineering workstreams.
- Lead cross-functional execution across algorithm, RF, software, and systems engineering teams.
- Drive programs involving algorithm development, analysis, simulation, optimization, and implementation.
- Coordinate technical interfaces and dependencies between algorithm development and system implementation.
- Track algorithm and system performance, identify technical gaps and blockers, and drive resolution across engineering teams.
- Facilitate technical discussions and drive decisions involving performance, scope, schedule, and implementation trade-offs.
- Translate complex technical progress, risks, dependencies, and algorithmic challenges into clear status updates and recommendations for management.
- Drive technical reviews, milestones, documentation, and handoffs from research and algorithm development into implementation and system integration.
- Identify cross-functional risks and dependencies early and establish mitigation plans.
- Ensure alignment between technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
