על המשרה

hands-on Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead end-to-end execution of complex software development projects within a multidisciplinary R&D environment.
The role focuses on driving delivery of embedded software, automation, and platform components across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment between development, integration, QA, and operations.
This is a highly execution-oriented role requiring strong technical understanding of software development lifecycles, release processes, and system-level dependencies in order to ensure predictable delivery in a fast paced, matrix organization.

Drive cross-functional execution across Embedded, Software, QA, DevOps/CI-CD, and Operations teams
Manage dependencies and interfaces between multiple engineering teams in a matrix organization
Lead release planning and coordination of software deliveries across environments
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and integration issues, and drive mitigation plans
Ensure alignment between technical teams and product/engineering stakeholders
Facilitate agile execution processes (sprint planning, backlog tracking, release readiness)
Manage stakeholder communication at all levels, including technical teams and senior management
Drive continuous improvement in development and release processes

דרישות

BSc in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Electrical Engineering
3+ years of experience in Technical Project Management / R&D program management in a software or embedded environment
Proven experience managing complex software projects across multiple teams in a matrix structure
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management processes
Familiarity with embedded systems / real-time software environments – advantage
Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence or similar)
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows – advantage
Strong technical orientation and ability to understand system-level software architecture and dependencies
Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills
Strong leadership and ability to drive execution without direct authority
System-level thinking and structured problem solving
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities
High accountability and delivery focus
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Conflict resolution and negotiation abilities

Technology Stack:
Jira / Confluence or equivalent ALM tools
CI/CD environments (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps or similar) – advantage
Understanding of embedded software environments – advantage
Agile/Scrum methodologies
