A global technology company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects.

We are looking for a Hardware Engineer who grew within HW Development teams and later moved into Technical Project Management.

This is a hands-on technical role for someone who understands the HW development lifecycle from the inside and can connect engineering, execution and business needs - from R&D through NPI and Production.

What will you do?

  • Lead complex development and delivery processes across HW, SW, Validation, ATE and NPI
  • Build work plans, define milestones, owners, priorities and execution paths
  • Manage dependencies, resources, risks, bottlenecks and technical gaps
  • Drive NPI and the transition from R&D to Production
  • Work closely with Hardware, Software, Validation, ATE, QA, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams
  • Understand and challenge technical issues across HW Development, Bring-up, Integration, Testing and Validation
  • Identify risks and gaps early and drive solutions with the relevant engineering teams
  • Track progress, manage status reporting and provide clear visibility to senior management
  • Lead cross-functional execution and work directly with Engineering Managers and senior leadership
  • Use JIRA and AI tools for project management, reporting, dashboards and performance analysis

דרישות

  • B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering – required
  • 4+ years of hands-on Hardware Development experience, including product design and development
  • Strong understanding of the End-to-End HW Development Lifecycle – from design and development through Bring-up, Integration, Validation, NPI and Production
  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Project Management / TPM
  • Experience with ATE, Testing and Validation of HW systems
  • Ability to understand complex technical challenges, identify Dependencies and Gaps, and drive resolution with engineering teams
  • working across HW, SW, Validation, ATE, NPI, QA, Supply Chain and Manufacturing
  • Experience with JIRA and project management tools
  • Experience using AI tools for reporting, dashboards and analysis – an advantage
  • Strong Ownership, execution skills and organizational abilities, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • Excellent English – written and spoken
