We are recruiting a strong technical candidate for a Technical System Engineer / Technical Project Manager position in a leading defense high-tech environment.
This role requires leading architecture, integration, and system engineering of a multidisciplinary product, alongside full end-to-end management of technological projects.
The position is suitable for candidates who grew from hardware development / electronics development / system engineering / technical product roles and have led at least one system-level technical project.
What You Will Do
• Lead system definition and architecture of multidisciplinary systems (HW, SW, Embedded, RF, Optics, Mechanics)
• Hold end-to-end responsibility for the development and integration of complex systems in the fields of communications, RF, optics, or embedded systems
• Manage technical, multi-disciplinary projects – including schedules, scope, budget, integration, and milestones
• Translate customer requirements into full engineering specifications, write technical documents, and conduct design reviews
• Lead interfaces with R&D teams, suppliers, pre-sale, engineering, and operations stakeholders
• Solve system-level issues, perform trade-off analyses, and ensure compliance with performance and quality requirements
• Manage risks, prioritize workloads, and drive small, efficient teams across multiple parallel projects
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Systems Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years Experience as a System Engineer / Technical Project Manager / System Architect
• Significant background in hardware development / software development / embedded systems – must
• Experience working with complex systems: communications, RF, optics, or defense systems – a strong advantage
• Experience with military standards / defense industry – an advantage
• Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously and manage interfaces
• Very high level of English – writing, speaking, and presenting technical solutions
