We’re seeking a Verification & Automation Engineer to join our engineering team and lead quality assurance efforts across complex hardware and software systems. This role will focus on developing automated verification strategies and frameworks, working closely with the R&D team to meet high standards of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive verification strategies for hardware and software components.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set verification goals, milestones, and deliverables.

Create and maintain test plans, automated test frameworks, and scripts.

Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient build, test, and release processes.

Execute verification tests, analyze results, and ensure products meet reliability standards.

Conduct root cause analysis for defects and work with the team to resolve issues.

Ensure thorough test coverage, including edge cases and stress testing.

Document test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and verification outcomes.

Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate verification progress, coverage, and findings to stakeholders.
