seeking a R&D Project Manager for the R&D team in a multidisciplinary environment. In this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks :

Lead a multidisciplinary technical team of activities that are responsible for the development of systems & subsystems of industrial machinary systems.

In charge of all project aspects, within all companies’ departments and international clients and suppliers.

Responsible for creating clear reports, and high-level and detailed work plans, as well as initiate and lead the project’s meetings

B.Sc. in mechanical / electrical / system engineering (a post-graduate degree is advantageous)

Minimum 4 years professional experience as an engineer in a multidisciplinary company (experience in systems engineering – advantage)

Minimum 2 years of project management experience with matrix management and multi-interfaces (engineering, logistics, procurement, subcontractors etc…) organization

Hands-on approach and attitude

Ability to lead without authority

High technical skills and high-level understanding of working with various operating systems and their implications

Experience with generating, writing, and presenting technical document and presentations – Must

Coordinate planning of all aspects of the SW delivery – Architecture, implementation, and test

Track the execution of all SW aspects throughout the sprint

Manage partners and outsource companies per planned deliveries

Coordinate work with system team on both architecture and definition as well as system test

Requirements

BSc in EE or computer Science

5 years of experience in management of large-scale Perception SW projects

Experience as Feature owner or Release manager for SW products

Good presentation skills and remote communication

Experience in various aspects of complex software delivery, including remote sites and service companies

Act as Focal point in the company for customers related issues.

Coordinate project activities internally (with R&D, Operations, Customer Support), monitor and drive actions.

Manage proactive projects for customers to improve their operational performance and TCE while leading and coordinating cross-functional efforts.

Create customer analysis to trigger proactive activities. Track customer operations and performance. Support escalations and follow-up on top of Customer Support.

Periodical meetings/ communication internally and with the customer.

BA (graduated) degree in Industrial and Management Engineering or Economics/ Finance degree or Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanics Engineer

2-4 years of experience working within R&D/Customer Support/Operations on multidisciplinary projects

2-4 years of experience in project management

Leadership and organization skills of complex project management, problem-solving and analytical skills

Technical orientation – an advantage

Communication, leadership, presentation and influence skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Fluent English (written and spoken)
