Chemical engineer, materials engineer, or chemist with a background in:

1. Porous materials

2. Powder mixing

3. Roll-to-roll processes

4. Coating processes

Responsibility for electrode developing and optimizing processes, scale up, scoping process parameters, troubleshooting, etc.

Requirements:

· Materials Science or equivalent, MS or PhD

· More than 5 years practical commercial experience with porous materials

o Powders

o Non-woven materials

o Roll-to-roll process and/or fabrication experience

o

· Ability to lead both materials and process technology development

· Good English

· Startup experience, new product introduction experience a plus

· Experience in scaling up and validation processes; scaling from lab to pilot and then to production plant

· Development of new processes
