• R&D interaction to ensure product manufacturability and testability (DFM/DFT).
• Validate and manage PCBA level CM readiness and quality.
• NPI phase – manage the entire NPI activity and interactions in the company and with the CM, lead the prototypes batches at the CM’s.
• Manage and improve the system test yield.
• Improve system manufacturability and streamline production.
• Support cost reduction effort.
• POC for CM product technical issues.
• Act as a liaison between the CM and the company R&D.
• In charge of the product cookbook.
• Design the initial product TLA flow.
• Product Agile management in term of process/tooling/lifecycle phase.

Requirements:

• BSC in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledgeable in electronic production technologies.
• Experienced in NPI activities.
