Contract Manufacturing Company is recruiting an Area Sales operation Leader for USA territory that will be based mainly in Israel.

Job Description:

Area Sales Operation Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of USA territory. Responsible for supporting the USA sales team and the , USA customers.

• Responsible to ensure customer success

• Ensures that effective collaboration and communication takes place across the USA sales team and the company team in Israel.

• Conducts performance reviews, monitors productivity, and assesses quality of team personnel

• Reviews operational data action plans to address deficiencies to relevant personnel.

• Willing to travel extensively (25%)

• A bachelor’s degree- mandatory

• Technical orientation- An advantage.

• Must be a team player and a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible “can-do” attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success

• Native oral and writing communication skills in English

• Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact effectively with senior levels of internal and external organizations
