Leadership of multi-disciplinary system ATE development

Build and manage Large group/scale of ATE HW / SW engineers and technicians.

Maintain and develop state of the art flows, tools, and methodology.

B.Sc in Electrical/ Electronics/ Software Engineering

At least 7 years of experience in system ATE .

Minimum of 5 years of management experience

Strong experience with ATE (Automation infrastructure development) for multi-disciplinary Mass productrion systems (HW/SW/FW/VLSI/Optical/rf /C#/Python/Labview)

Strong experience with Strategy, characterization, construction and maintenance.

Strong experience with maintanace/ upgreate and duplicate ATE for subrontruactors around the wolrd.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
