Job description

• Inventory planning and planning of procurement of raw materials in accordance with production requirements
• Receiving quotes from suppliers and negotiating to reduce costs
• Production of purchase orders and tracking of orders to ensure delivery on the required date
• Ongoing contact with suppliers and evaluation of supplier performance
• In-depth knowledge and experience in the electronic components and mechanics market
• Proficiency in international shipping processes and conditions (sea and air)
• Providing internal service within the company regarding procurement
• Approval of invoices and support from the Finance Department

Requirements

• Relevant education
• Proven experience as a buyer
• Background and understanding in the purchase of electronics and mechanics, including reading and understanding drawings – required
• Knowledge and experience in the field of international shipping – required
• Familiarity with the Priority system – an advantage
