Assist in developing, implementing and coordinating marketing plans, promotional calendars, and programs with relevant KPI’s, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Support the product release planning process and facilitate product launch activities
Oversee the implementation of targeted marketing campaigns and coordinate activities between different team members / marketing disciplines to assure campaign success.
Work with marketing team members to create valuable, educational, and relevant content that can be used across all marketing platforms
Manage the company’s corporate communication activities
Research and plan new marketing initiatives to increase brand recognition
Attain actionable insights from Marketing data and reports to help grow the business
Manage the marketing budget and forecasting
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience as a marketing manager
Proven experience in implementing marketing strategies, campaigns & programs, and managing / executing product launch plans
Working experience with social media, digital marketing, and marketing automation software such as HubSpot
Proven content creation skills: excellent oral & written communications and storytelling capabilities
Extreme detail/quality orientation, solid knowledge of brand development
Strong marketing operational and analytical skills
Exceptional management, communication, and collaboration abilities
Ability to multi-task and deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.
Financial planning, forecasting and budget experience.
