Leading the development team from concepts and detailed design phase, through proof of concept prototyping and development of final product
Project planning, daily management of execution and regular reporting
Coordination of development tasks – Optics, Mechanics, assembly concepts including automation, quality, customer updates (technical-wise)
Innovation, problem solving of multi-disciplinary items
Opto-mechanics system performance

B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics in the field of Electro Optics
6+ years in technical project management of complex products
Experience in full-cycle optical system development
Preferred: experience in hardware development for mass-production
Passion to know “everything” in various fields: optics, mechanics, electronics, manufacturing technologies, assembly automation, with a strong focus on opto-mechanics
Strong ability to lead and motivate the team of optical and mechanical engineers (matrix reporting)
Excellent communication skills, inbound and outbound
Bonus: MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Physics in the field of Electro Optics
