Qualifications:

  • BSc in Engineering (preferred Textile related degree)
  • Textile based education or field experience working in the textile field (at least 5-10 years) – preferred
  • Technology and manufacturing experience in the textile field
  • Industrial processing experience (in the textile field or within its value chain) – preferred
  • Business management and engineering background
  • Entrepreneur by nature
  • Team player and leadership
  • English speaking and writing at high level.

Job Description:

  • Managing and expanding the Textile related Business (chemicals and processes)
  • Introduction of new process/products to the field of textile with global responsibility
  • Oversee process deployment, end-to-end, for the purpose of helping the company meet its goals.
  • Work closely with management, sourcing, R&D and engineering to ensure that the deployment is successful, to identify key problems, and to decide on process and business strategy.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities and delivery models through collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer unmet needs.
  • Assess market needs and build business plans to promote it.
  • Coordinate process design, scale-up and facility installation.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams.
  • Exceed performance targets.

  • Identify and evaluate target stakeholders and markets.
  • Identify market requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, professional associations, trade organizations and research institutes to advance the company’s goals
  • Develop policies and controls for the value chain.
  • Track regulatory and standards development.
  • Identify improvement opportunities
  • Implement performance measurements
  • Develop and administer an efficient global circularity value chain and monitor revenue streams for all global products and assist to increase growth.
  • Maintain all contracts and evaluate all performance according to contract and ensure efficient flow of all conditions in contract.
  • Supervise all negotiations and prepare appropriate documents for same.
  • Monitor all sourcing strategies and policies and ensure achievement of all business objectives and perform appropriate negotiations with all suppliers.
  • Monitor all sales strategies and policies and ensure achievement of all business objectives and perform appropriate negotiations with all customers.
  • Coordinate with vendors and customers on all prices of processes and  products and recommend ways to reduce costs of components and finished products
