-Management 5-6 HW team

-Design high quality HW Architectures RF/Power/Digital.

-Identify and resolve challenges- drive decision making processes based on data analysis to identify alternative solutions

-Work closely with SW/ System/QA functions.

-B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering

-At least 5 years of management experience

-Experience in a multi-disciplinary design

-At least 10 years of HW development experience – RF/ Power/Digital

-Familiarity with the relevant standards and regulations
