Team leader – Low level/RT/Firmware

• Lead a team of 2 or more Drivers and low level SW engineers.
• At least 70% hands-on SW development activity
• Implement in C++ drivers and HW facing low-level SW: Sensors, firmware, Operating system, USB, electronics, I2C,
• Integrate development into the system application.
• Lead development of test beds and jigs.
• To work closely and willingly with other team members
• To work closely and willingly with members in other teams including: operation, biz support & SW
• To take part in all phases of the software development cycle
• To teach, to learn, to identify, to recommend and to implement high standardized documentation code and features
• Understand the products and the customer needs
• Design and document SW development.
• Understand multi-disciplinary elements: electronics, Mechanics, Physics.
• Participate in design reviews and actively contribute.
• Involve in system/subsystem Integration and test efforts, with test plans and test procedures for an applicable environment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• B.Sc  (or higher) degree in Electrical engineering.
• At least, 7 years of experience in C/C++ programming is a must
  • Advantage: MFC, devices, drivers,
• More than 3 years of experience in development of multi-disciplinary products is required.
• More than 3 years of experience as a team leader is required.
• Exceptional candidates with less than 3 years’ experience as a team leader will be considered as well
• Experience in one or more of the following fields:
  • Medical devices
  • SW development for RT and HW application
  • Experience in Python
  • Real-Time & DSP programming
