Material Planning Team Leader

As a Material Planner team leader you will support production plan with material, including new product implementation (NPI) and work with various teams (Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing…)

We are looking for a self-motivated, independent employee to join the team

What you will be doing:

Schedule the supply of materials to meet production requirements with minimum stock levels

Day-to-day PR/PO management including expedite Pos and push out when needed

Take actions in relation to material shortages that affect production

Allocation of RM between CMS

Follow up on shipments so make sure items deliver on time

Analyze ECOs and making sure implementation occurs

Approve MRP for strategic items and NPI

Monitor the FC

Work closely with multiple department in the organization

Consistently seeking new opportunities to improve processes

Requirements:

BSC in Industrial Engineering Management

Experience of 3+ years as a team leader at a multidisciplinary company

Experience of 4+ years as a Material planner

Excellent fluent English-Read/Write and Speaking

Excellent knowledge in MS-office, especially with Excel

Highly motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced business environment

Creative, be able to provide out of the box solutions

Experience with Agile system and ERP systems, Priority preferred

Fast learner, Independent and autodidact

Knowledge of manufacturing process

Capable of working under stress and set up priority of all open tasks

A team player

Detail oriented

Strong analytical capabilities
