Modem expert

We’re looking for a modem expert who

will lead key activities in the development of the air-interface which is based

on 802.11 evolution, focusing on Wi-Fi 6 and later next year including Wi-Fi 7.

Responsible for the performance

extension of the Wi-Fi air-interface to create unique and innovative

capabilities, optimized for outdoor and long-range deployment, interferences

rejection and Quality of Service.

Requirements:

3+ years of development experience with WLAN firmware and Linux driver

Hands-on development experience working on real-time embedded systems

Strong programming skills in C and C++

Hands-on experience in solving complex system issues with good problem-solving skills

Hands-on experience in Networking driver development and Wireless LAN driver development – advantage

Deep knowledge of 802.11 protocols on both Phy and MAC layers

Experience in WiFi protocols such as 802.11ac/11ax

Familiar with Hostapd, datapath, wpa, supplicant, OpenWRT, mac80211, cfg80211, open-source driver

Experienced with debugging tools dgb, objdump and open source tools as

Knowledge with Linux Kernel Internals

Experience with QCA chipset – advantage

Experience with Matlab simulation – Advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work within a diverse team

Education: BSC. In Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics
