Network & Security Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Leader of Network and Security to be responsible and accountable for global networking, firewall, and implementation of security products

You will lead the team of Network & Security. As a team leader, you will be responsible for the team members' management, project, and maintenance while ensuring best practices.

You will bring improved skills, proven professional experience, and detailed knowledge of the industry's best practice processes.

Responsibilities:

Leading the operations of the IT Networking & Security team.

Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance

Hands-on is part of the role

Management and continuous improvement of day-to-day company operations

Establishing and maintenance strong relationships across teams and with staff/client

Identifying gaps in the IT infrastructure related to networking and security aspects.

Assessing the technical needs of clients/staff

Managing and upholding the troubleshooting escalation process

Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

Requirements:

Proven working experience as IT Team Leader in Global company – MUST

Deep technical knowledge and experience with Cisco Nexus, Cisco Catalyst – MUST

Deep technical knowledge and experience with Fortinet products – MUST

High technical experience with network and security – MUST

Global team management skills – MUST

Excellent verbal and written English – MUST

Excellent customer support approach – MUST

Ability to travel aboard.

Hands-On skills.

Knowledge with VoIP systems (Cisco) – an advantage

Prior Knowledge with monitoring tools: PRTG, Cisco DCNA, Cisco DNA, etc. – an advantage

Knowledge in network automation – an advantage

Knowledge of cloud networking (Azure, AWS) – an advantage

Certifications in the relevant fields – an advantage

Practical and pragmatic approach to solving real business problems

Excellent communication and leadership skills
