NPI Leader

As an NPI Leader Engineer, you will be in charge of all engineering aspects of the product: timelines and deliveries, during its entire life cycle, NPI phase and Mass production.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Leader (NPI)
• Experienced in building production files and leading ECR/ECO processes
• Experienced in working with sub-contractors for PCB, Assembly lines, electrical and mechanical parts manufacturing

It would consider an advantage if you are experienced also with:

• Leading DFT and DFM processes
• Ability to design and read mechanical & electrical drawings
• Experience with PDM tool – Agile
• Experience with ERP systems – Priority
