GSM/GPRS/UMTS Technology
Working with Customers:
• Met with channels/customers to understand their current technical environment, key business issues/drivers, and future technology requirements.
• Worked closely with customers on the technical requirements to provide technical solutions – Identified requirements, including technical details sufficient for product definition.
• Provided product updates and technical advice to clients – Explained technical capabilities and business benefits of solutions to the customer from engineering level to senior executives.
• Presented the company products to clients – Showcased drivers and value that supported the business case for the total cost of ownership to the customer.

Working with company subsidiaries and Sales&Marketing Teams:
• Presales managing of the subsidiaries companies technical presenters.
• Work with regional sales managers to provide pre/post-sales support – Worked with the sales team to design, propose, and close new deals/opportunities with customers.

Key Initiatives and Achievements:
• Cellocator products protocols integration.
• Initiated pre-sales activities, consulting services and products – Developed projects’ scopes (SOW- scope of work) and prepared proposals.
• Presales activity monthly Reports including successful Integration statistics and Travel Reports.
• Present the company’s solution offering via webinars and at on-site training sessions.
• Attended industry trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and training sessions to promote products and services.
• Execute system deployments remotely and at customer sites.
• Customer facing skills including email correspondence, phone calls, webinars and face-to-face meetings
Provide prompt response to customer’s requests: Tenders, RFPs, RFIs, proposals
• Cases handling towards closure
• Willing to Travel up to 50%
• Windows O/S, Office etc.

Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering (Computer science degree – benefit).
• Advanced professional certifications, such as: TCP/IP, SQL

Experience
• Strong technical Electronic HW background
• Minimum 2 Years with telemetry Units based on GSM/GPRS/GPS
• Debug ability and Elec. scheme understanding
• Managements application like CRM

Skills
• Experience with electronic instruments, such as P.S, Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Oscillators
• Protocols deep understandings
• Self-instruction ability.

Languages
English – high level-must
Spanish- major advantage.
