Production Technical lead

Define and build the production test flow from board level to system level and fulfilment

Develop, verify and install hardware and software automated test stations for the production line

Work closely with the R&D HW and Test Engineers to acquire the knowledge and tools required for production automated tests.

Work with Test Development third parties as required

Train production technicians on new products, test flow and procedures, tools and equipment required to build good and reliable products

Provide remote and on-site support to Contract Manufacturers in troubleshooting, failures analysis and improving the automated test flow

Continuously drive to improve yield sand increase efficiencies in production through better testing procedures and tools

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Associated Discipline.

Minimum three years experience in similar role

Experience in high-tech production environments and flows

Experience in RF products and RF test platforms

Advantage: Experience in board level structural test like: In-Circuit Test, JTAG/boundary-scan, Flying Probe.

Advantage – Experience in software and testing software tools like Python, C-Sharp, LabView, Test Stand, CVI Test Automation.

Can-do person, self-motivated, team player.

Good verbal and written capabilities in Hebrew and English
