- BSc in Software Engineering / Computer Science / Electrical Engineering
- Experience of at least 10 years of software development for RT embedded systems
- Experience in C/C++ – must
- Experience in complex system design / implementation
- BSP proven experience
- Proficiency in multi-threaded programming
- Experience with communication protocols
- Broad system view, ability to write system design documents
- Independencies of learning and task ownership
- Team member with excellent human relations
- Fluent English
