  • Member of our global call center
  • Support cases via CRM system and Phone calls
  • Customer Support- HW and SW products
  • Remote troubleshooting
  • Technical documentation

Requirements:

  • Electrical or electronics engineer- a Must
  • Experienced in customer support- an advantage
  • Customer oriented, team player and excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Photovoltaic systems- an advantage
  • Fluent English, speaking and writing is a must
  • Other languages – an advantage
  • Self-motivated, able to take the initiative to solve problems and lead tasks
  • Organized
  • Willingness to work extended hours per need
  • Willingness to travel abroad
