Java SW Engineer

• Focus on code quality and participate in code review process
• Ensure high quality deliverables through the use of unit testing
• Participate in cross organization development initiatives
• Clearly document work within code and/or through formal design documents
• Partner with Quality Assurance teams to define User Acceptance Testing scenarios
• Foster innovation through research, recommending the use of new technologies, processes or standards
• Take part in all phases of the software development cycle

REQUIREMENTS

• S. in Computer Science or Mathematics

• 3+ years programming in Java
• 2+ years of experience building Java server-side applications or services
• Willingness to comply with a medical device Class II SDLC
• Ability to communicate well (orally & written) with people, to clearly express thoughts

• Fluency in English, spoken and written.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Experience in Cloud Technologies
• Knowledge of other programming languages: NodeJS, Python, Go or other
• Good understanding of software configuration management and release management
• Good understanding of software design principles
• Experience with GIT, Jira, Bamboo
• Knowledge in full-stack development
• Experience with multi-platform applications
