SW Group Manager

• 10+ years of hands-on RT Embedded development and troubleshooting on embedded targets
• 5+ years experience with embedded SW architecture.
• Managerial experience with defining work plans and the ability to assist and develop the team’s engineers, helping them to excel and introduce creative solution and spirit of problem-solving.
• Full rresponsibly for all technical phases of the SW development process.

Qualifications:

B.Sc. or higher degree in Computer Science/ Software or Electrical Engineering or related technical degree

Proficiency in C/C++

RTOS, Linux User / Kernel space development

Experience with hardware integration and low-level driver design and implementation

Excellent knowledge of OS coding techniques, IP Protocols, interfaces, and hardware subsystems (e.g., FreeRTOS, TCP, UART, USB, I2C)

Experienced working in a multidisciplinary team

Fast and motivated learner – resourceful and capable of integrating new knowledge into the workflow

Can-do attitude, an independent problem solver

Good written and oral communication skills
