Technical Training Leader

looking for Technical Candidate to lead technical training and knowledge cycle for application engineers, sales and customers.

we expect you to build a cutting-edge learning vision, concept and roadmap, design programs and content for individuals and teams and act as the project manager that drives the implementation forward.

Develop, learn and update training content for newly developed tools as well as to the existing installed base.

· Deliver classroom, remote training and webinars to our global organization and worldwide customers

· Leverage existing tools and select new platforms that make learning efficient, fun, and data-driven.

Requirements

· B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics

· Technical knowledge of power/ control / multydeciplins systems

· General knowledge and prior experience in the technical training and training developer (presentations, e-learning, tutorial videos, practice and training tests)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
