Technical Training Manager

• Manage a knowledge communication channel for company sales and application employees and customers

• Responsible for writing, high-quality of articles, blogs, white papers, case studies and training material.

• Partner with internal and external members to ensure completeness/accuracy in documentation and meet the defined quality, content and timelines.

• Conduct Internal and external webinar on technology company topics

• Assist Training/Knowledge Department in developing training material.

• Conduct research via articles and news on key topics within major publications in the commercial and academic research contexts to stay up-to date on trends in the market and update the field
