Testing Team Leader

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for defining the testing needs in cooperation with the various engineering groups, writing specifications, plans, and procedures of the tests, supervising and participating in the tests, and writing and/or approving of test reports and conclusions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical, Hardware, Software, or Mechanical Engineering and/or relevant work experience
• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Master’s Degree in System Engineering – Advantage
• At least 10 years of experience in development or testing of multi-disciplinary systems
• At least 3 years of experience as a team leader
• Previous experience in reports writing
• Ability to lead the Testing Team of the company through the various tasks
• Ability to function in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Willing to work hard, sometimes in irregular working hours and in outdoor conditions
• Ability to see and analyze excellent overview of the system
• Knowledge of civil aviation standards – Advantage
