The Training Manager is responsible for developing  training strategy to improve installers’ experience with our products, thereby increasing customer satisfaction while improving product installation practices and fleet performance.

Additionally, the TM will manage appropriate usage of curriculum, content development, and methodology of training (tracking/scheduling/locations).

The TM will collaborate with Sales, Service, Products, and Marketing teams regarding training plans and activity, including launch of new products.

As required, the TM is responsible for training the customers who may be new to our technology or users of company’s products seeking more advanced skills, knowledge, and best practices.

Job Description:

  • Create overall Knowledge and Learning management strategy for our customers and support organization.
  • Implement Advanced training curriculum with associated tracking and recording methods that integrate into  CRM system
  • Maintain training material related to:
    • Design of  our products
    • Installation of our products
    • Debugging our installations
  • Create technical training content and products, for online trainings and training meetings, to meet installers training needs such as presentations, movies, etc.
  • Create technical training content for online trainings for the support organization.
  • Collaborate with regional training managers to assure global trainings standardization.
  • Field training of installers including “hands-on” training sessions. Assist customers of varying skill levels with installation questions. Answer technical requests from customers, channel partners or representatives, as required.

Requirements:

  • Electrical/Mechanical Engineer.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a technical sales and/or support environment
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a trainer and training management
  • LMS background –advantage.
  • Fluent English.
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to adjust priorities quickly.
  • Effective customer presentation skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Must be highly dependable, proactive and customer service oriented.
  • Perform multiple tasks simultaneously, committed to frequent deadlines.
